Morningside House

Built as a home for the fourth mistress of Duke Jasquon of Corenth during the Great Interregnum, Morningside was intended for both housing and entertaining. The large downstairs gallery was perfect for small to medium size soirees that could spill over onto the garden behind it, and the kitchen large enough to accomodate. Four stories was almost unheard of in the day that it was built; in fact it was imported Erendani carpenters and masons who enabled this feat of engineering. It was arranged in situ to take the morning light and wake the Duke's Mistress with a flood of gold.

The house's many bedrooms complete with waterflow privy chambers was standard for the construction of the time.
