I think that started happening when I upgraded to the most recent version of Firestats. And look at that - it isn't the "most recent" any more! They release updates like all these plants release pollen this time of year.

Obviously the other Sam believes that your entire life is displayed online! That would be both impossible (although with the employment of an amanuensis, perhaps supplied with a digital video camera, maybe not?) and more than slightly tacky.

SL, by its very nature, has to run on internet time. Or is metaverse time even faster?

Hey, I got a real life. Sometimes too much of one! Doesn't mean I can't enjoy a VR one too. Isn't that what SL is about?

"Anyway, Harping Monkey in SL, you were a fun place. Sorry to see you go. I loved your whole setup, from the Tudor-style pub to the charmingly-hidden smoochie-booth to the parties we had there."

Sweet Jesus, you need to get a real life, bro.

Ah, I see. The more I think about it, the acronymic phrase "VR LARP" does make some sense, in that the live-action is virtually-live. GL with your project, it sounds engaging.

Mayhaps, but the audience I'm addressing this to is more familiar with the idea of LARPs and I wanted to put myself squarely in that camp.

But thank you for your interest :)

Dude, shouldn't that be "VRRP" instead of "LARP"? Nothing LA about RP in a VW, is there?
